By accessing or using Mockscreens ("Service"), operated by Mockscreens ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mockscreens is a web-based tool that allows users to create screenshots and visual assets for App Store and Google Play listings. We offer both free and paid subscription plans.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its design, code, and branding. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mockscreens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
