Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with Mockscreens. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within the terms described below.

2. Eligibility

Refund requests are eligible if made within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date. Refunds are available for:

  • Monthly and annual subscription payments
  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • Technical issues that prevent use of the Service

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after payment
  • Partial billing periods after voluntary cancellation (you retain access until the end of the paid period)
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@mockscreens.com with the following details:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request

5. Processing

We aim to review all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current period. You will continue to have access until the end of your paid billing cycle.
